Came in for a fingerprint for pre-employment & the gentleman who helped us (Joshua I believe) was friendly and prompt. We were in and out in under 5 minutes with no issues. Conveniently located off 41 and Bonita Beach Rd I definitely recommend this store

I don’t understand how anyone says the customer service is poor here. I’ve been mailing all of my packages with them since they opened! Always fast, friendly & efficient!!

I've been in here twice and both times the employees were rude and the service was poor. There are much better choices nearby with better prices and service. Some of these 5 star reviews are obviously fake. Who describes their brief time in a shipping store as "delightful" or "fantastic" or "super friendly"?
